Dirk Dozier

Dirk A. Dozier is President and CEO of 7 Works Ltd., Austaco Real Estate Partners Ltd., Austaco II Real Estate Partners Ltd., D&KRE Ltd., and Dozier Diversified Inc. Dirk, and his wife Katie, have lived in Austin Texas for 50 plus years. Dirk formerly owned and operated Austaco Inc., a franchise of 80 Taco Bells and 44 Pizza Huts. In 2013 Dirk sold Austaco Inc. While CEO of Austaco Inc., Dirk and Katie started multiple real estate companies that complimented their franchising business. Dirk remains in the Real Estate business and puts most of his efforts towards nonprofit/ministry work. Dirk and Katie have 5 children and 9 grandkids. Dirk enjoys running, fishing, traveling and spending time with his grandkids.
