Corporate Assistance Programs

As a business owner or manager, you may be facing very difficult decisions about lay-offs, furloughs or reduced work hours affecting many of your employees.  Even though the Federal government has expanded unemployment benefits and enacted other relief, you may know of employees that fall outside of such benefits or who have even greater needs.

While NCF is not a provider of Corporate Assistance Programs (CAP), there is a service available through ProvisionBridge, in conjunction with Helping Hands Charitable, an experienced, like-minded, provider of CAPs.  Employer-initiated CAPs can be a tax-efficient vehicle to mobilize resources directly to the employees that need them most during times of economic hardship. For an introduction to how the program works, the following is a link to ProvisionBridge’s Corporate Assistance Program overview.
