Co-founded TPI in 1989 and in November of 2007, TPI was acquired by Information Services Group. At that time, Denny became Chairman Emeritus and an investor in ISG. Denny and his wife, Marty, are actively involved in a number of charities. These include UMMEED, a clinic for children with developmental disabilities in Mumbai, India, Child Legacy International, and integrated, water, medical, farming and vocational training organization in Malawi, Africa, and Panther Creek Inspiration Ranch which provides equine assisted therapies primarily for children with developmental disabilities. Denny graduated from Illinois State University in 1968 with a B.S. in Mathematics and Accounting, followed by three years as an officer in the Army Corps of Engineers. He is a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in The Woodlands. Denny and his wife Marty live in The Woodlands. They have two adult daughters and seven granddaughters.
