As NCF’s CEO, Dan is responsible for initiating and leading organizational change, strengthening operational excellence, developing high-functioning teams, and casting a vision for strategic direction.
Dan brings a diverse background in leadership, finance, and strategy after a 34-year career with Nestlé, including tenures as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Nestlé Health Science, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé USA – the largest company within Nestlé Global, which includes the full spectrum of Nestlé food and beverage companies.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Bemidji State University in Minnesota. He continued his professional development within the Nestlé Executive Education program at the London Business School, the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), and Rive-Reine, Nestlé’s corporate training and development center.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Dan has lived in Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Lausanne, Switzerland and worked with businesses across five continents. Dan has been married to his wife Jacqui for 35 years and they have two children. Dan loves being in the mountains and any adventure that includes his grandchildren, Malachi and Elsie.
