Here are signs this exercise might be helpful:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You feel unsure about where or how God is calling you to give<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generosity feels more like a financial transaction than a joy-filled experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It seems you&#8217;re missing out on tax efficiencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your charitable giving seems scattered, ineffective, or overwhelming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is family conflict over how to steward resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You feel pressure to say &#8220;yes&#8221; to all requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You worry that your heirs don&#8217;t share your vision for generosity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b\u200bWe believe creating a personalized Giving Strategy based on biblical principles is the most powerful way you can pursue God\u2019s vision for your generosity. This simple process will help you identify causes you&#8217;re passionate about, leave a meaningful legacy, cultivate family unity, and maximize what you have to give. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the tool<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>NCF&#8217;s Giving Strategy is a five-step, guided experience. It can be completed in paper format or online. It begins with an overview of our biblical foundation for generosity, ten principles that guide Christians in giving. It then walks through four chapters of self-reflection on the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legacy: Crafting your generosity story for future generations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Causes: Clarifying where God is calling you to give<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Family: Cultivating a sense of unity and purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wealth &amp; resources: Making the most of what God has entrusted to you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing their Giving Strategy, one participant said, &#8220;We were able to give more to charity just through a few small changes in how we gave, thanks to NCF. But more than that, our family has become more generous with each other and with all the resources God has given us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get started<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team would be pleased to get you started with the Giving Strategy materials.
