National Christian Foundation Northwest sponsors several events throughout the year: Generosity Movement events, Journey of Generosity retreats, Lifestyles of Generosity gatherings, and special events for Professional Advisors.
An Online Journey of Generosity (OJOG) is a virtual experience with your peers discussing the generous life.
Led by a trained facilitator using Zoom (a video call platform), participants connect around stories, readings, and discussions.
You will have the opportunity to experience inspiring, encouraging testimonials, personal inductive Bible study, focused solitude time before the Lord, and authentic, relevant conversation with your peers, all from the comfort of your own home.
Together, you’ll explore the life-changing message of biblical generosity and the power it has to bring freedom, purpose, and joy.
If you have been invited to an Online Journey of Generosity, we hope you are able make time to be a part of it. Those who participate in these small, online gatherings have found them to be exceptionally meaningful. Here is a short video that explains what a Journey of Generosity is and why you might consider attending.
If you are interested in attending one of the retreats listed below, please contact our office at 206.577.3603 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
A Lifestyles of Generosity gathering is an opportunity to ‘continue the conversation’.
As an alumni of a Journey of Generosity event (a JOG), you will be invited to continue the generosity conversation and connect with other generous givers by participating in a Lifestyle of Generosity event (a LOG).
This ongoing series of casual events hosted by Kendra VanderMeulen and Craig & April Chapman address a different topic under the banner of Leaving a Legacy That is Life-Giving. We greatly benefit from shared stories about others’ lives of generosity, motivation and witness and that is the goal of these events: to share our journeys together in a warm, safe, and hospitable place.
