Austin McWilliams presently serves as Manager of Strategy & Engagement at National Christian Foundation Orlando. As a recent graduate of Rollins Crummer Graduate School of Business and an Orlando native, he has a passion to help turn “the City Beautiful” into “the City Generous.” He brings an entrepreneurial background, a strategic mind, and a heart that yearns to see “God’s Kingdom come on this earth as it is in heaven.”
After graduating from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Mathematical-Economics in 2011, Austin founded 3P Speech, LLC – a consulting platform dedicated to serving marginalized high school and collegiate debate communities. During his tenure with the company, Austin was responsible for all marketing, public relations, school partnerships, human resource management, and growth strategy.
He currently serves as a high school small group leader at Orangewood Presbyterian Church, a volunteer for the Central Florida Speech and Debate Initiative, a board member on the Trinity Prep Alumni Board, and as a regional consultant for the Wake Forest Young Alumni counsel.
While he enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, local theatrical performances, and playing pickup basketball when he has the time, Austin’s biggest joy comes from his time with his wife, Holly.
