Steven Holland

Chief Operations Office

Steven’s primary role is to oversee the day-to-day operations and of the foundation. He serves as the chief operations officer for the South Florida office of the National Christian Foundation.

The South Florida office oversees the Foundation’s operations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Naples. Steven oversees all operations, and serves as the point person for legal, communications & marketing, special projects, compliance and HR. Additionally, he manages all of the regions’ accounting activities and contributes strategic financial oversight for the foundation.

Prior to joining NCF, Steven served as the Director of Operations for Platinum Aviation. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Communications, Business, and a certificate in Film Studies.

Steven is married and has a 5 year old son. In his free time, he enjoys running, producing (music and video), and works on numerous projects in the space of millennial leadership, church trends, and family ministry.
