Hurricane Melissa, a catastrophic Category 5 storm, has brought historic flooding, landslides, and destructive winds to Jamaica, and threatens Haiti and Cuba. As Floridians, we know the devastation hurricanes leave behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The need is urgent. The recovery will be long.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
