Jazmen Draper

Assistant Director Services & Event Coordinator

Jazmen grew up as a military child and gave her life to Christ at the age of 27. Her life was radically transformed by the love of Christ. Having lived in many different states and Germany, she calls Florida home. She enjoys the beach and warm weather. She and her husband, Matthew, have one daughter, Kenzie. She is almost 17 years old and loves youth, playing violin, and riding horses. Matthew and Jazmen enjoy learning to ballroom dance, date nights, and family time together.

Jazmen came to NCFTB in April of 2020. Prior to joining NCFTB, Jazmen served as a licensing specialist for foster families. Her passion is serving and for the past 10 years, Jazmen has spent her time raising her daughter and serving in the child welfare system as a child protective investigator and a dependency case manager.

Jazmen graduated from Multnomah University with a Master’s degree in Global Development and Justice to help serve others internationally. Jazmen has a wide range of experience including planning, customer service support, and serving. She is overjoyed to be part of NCFTB team.
