Carrie-Ann Jasper Yearty

Carrie-Ann currently serves as VP of People for Jasper Ventures, Inc., with responsibility for both Human Resources and Beyond Business, leading her team to build people for God’s purpose. She joined the team in 2011 as the Business Manager for EPC, Inc. and in 2016, she returned to her human resources roots, taking the role of Vice President of Human Resources for the reorganized company, Jasper Ventures, Inc. Prior to joining the family business, she spent the first sixteen years of her career in human resources management in manufacturing, financial services, and banking.

She graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with honors, in 1994 and decided to return to school in 2013 to pursue her MBA to better manage her responsibilities at EPC. In 2015, Carrie-Ann obtained her Master of Business Administration Degree from The University of Texas at Tyler, graduating Summa cum laude.

Carrie-Ann is deeply involved in generosity in the East Texas community serving as Board Chair for Mentoring Alliance, as a member of the Women’s Fund of Smith County, serving with G.I.V.E. (Girls Invested in Volunteer Efforts) to help high school girls gain a better understanding of philanthropy, and partnering with NCF to make Generosity Tyler a reality so that donors, nonprofits, churches and advisors can be educated, inspired and connected around Christ-centered generosity.
