Erin Minor serves as Interim President of NCF Austin, bringing a longstanding connection to the organization and a deep commitment to biblical generosity. She has served on the NCF Austin Board of Directors for more than 10 years, giving her a strong understanding of NCF’s mission, the Austin community, and the opportunity to encourage greater generosity throughout Central Texas.
Erin brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. A Certified Financial Planner™ professional since 2005, she has extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate financial stewardship, including investments, estate planning, charitable giving, tax strategy, and retirement planning.
After retiring in 2021 as a partner of an Austin wealth management firm, Erin turned her focus toward real estate development, business, and philanthropy alongside her husband, Jon. Together, they own and operate Apple Moving and manage a national industrial real estate portfolio.
Throughout her career and community involvement, Erin has been passionate about helping individuals and families steward their resources with wisdom, intentionality, and generosity. She has taught Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and currently teaches Building Your Finances God’s Way at Grace Covenant Church. She also serves on the board of Hill Country Christian School.
Erin and Jon have three children and are active members of Grace Covenant Church. Outside of work and community involvement, Erin enjoys camping, running, and spending time with her family.
As she steps into the role of Interim President, Erin looks forward to serving the NCF Austin community, supporting the team, and building on the strong foundation already in place. She is deeply grateful for Ryan’s leadership and the impact he had on NCF Austin and is committed to honoring his legacy by continuing the work he cared so deeply about. Erin is especially passionate about strengthening relationships with givers and partners throughout Austin and helping more individuals and families experience the joy and impact of biblical generosity.
