Grantmaking causes

This is a reference list of the 58 cause categories that Giving Fund holders can support at NCF. It’s meant to help you identify areas of passion where God might be calling you to give.

The causes span a wide range, from faith-based ministry to humanitarian and social needs.

• Faith-focused causes like church planting, Bible translation, and apologetics
• Human needs like addiction recovery, homelessness, and refugee support
• Family and generational causes like adoption, marriage, and single parents and widows
• Broader social causes like human rights, environment, and civil rights

Each entry comes with a short definition of the kind of organizations it covers.
