Description
Use this form to add or remove advisors from an existing NCF Giving Fund. It allows you to update who can participate in your fund and the level of access or authority they have.
When you’re finished
Make sure you’ve provided the requested information for each advisor being added or removed and that all required fundholders have signed the form. Then, follow the submission instructions on the form to return it to NCF. Our team will update your Giving Fund and contact you if any additional information is needed.
