Designated Fund application

Description

Use this application to open an NCF Designated Fund, which allows you to support one or more specific charities through ongoing grants. You’ll provide information about your fund, the charities you’d like to support, and other details NCF needs to establish the fund.

When you’re finished

Review your application to make sure all required information is complete and all necessary signatures are included. Then, follow the submission instructions on the form to return your completed application to NCF. Our team will review it, establish your Designated Fund, and contact you if any additional information is needed.ly. Both fundholders sign to confirm they’ve read and agree to NCF’s Program Agreement.
