The National Christian Foundation has been walking alongside givers across the country since 1982, helping families and individuals give with wisdom, clarity, and joy. Here in the Heartland we have the privilege of building relationships with generous people, trusted advisors, and charity leaders throughout the region.
We cover six states
While our office is located in Kansas City, we support givers in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska. Our team includes members based in Kansas City, Fayetteville, and Columbia, giving us local presence in different parts of the region and helping us stay closely connected to the communities we walk alongside.
One of the primary jobs of our teams is to build communities of biblically minded givers, which is why we spend time traveling throughout the Heartland for 1:1 conversations, workshops, and events. Our hope and prayer is for the Heartland to become the most generous place on earth, a place where we see and experience all forms of radical and sacrificial generosity for the glory of God and the good of others.
We are connected to a national network
While our team is focused on building relationships with you, we are connected to a network of other local offices and our national office. We are supported by teams that specialize in complex gifts, protecting your data, producing resources to help you make the most of your giving, researching charities, and sending your grants.
We mobilize resources quickly
Since we are locally connected and have built relationships in the region, when disaster strikes, we are able to quickly respond. Just one day after the shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory parade, we formed The Church Loves Kansas City Fund, with a way for you to confidently and quickly support your neighbors affected by the tragedy.
We pray for you
Every week, our team joins together to pray for each other, our broader NCF family, and our givers. We pray for the health and wellness of our NCF Heartland family. We pray that our team can provide our region with the resources they need to give generously. We pray that the Holy Spirit will guide us in our interactions with our givers.
