NCF Orlando Names New President

NCF Orlando, Central Florida’s largest community foundation, is pleased to announce that David McKinneyopens in a new tab has been appointed President, succeeding Rick Steinbergeropens in a new tab, who will step into a new role as Relationship Manager.

“The board is excited to appoint David into this leadership role,” said Board Chairman Scott Boydopens in a new tab. “This transition marks an exciting new chapter as NCF Orlando continues building momentum toward our vision of deploying $1 billion to charity by 2030. We’re grateful for Rick’s leadership over the past two and a half years, during which we saw unprecedented growth in Kingdom impact.”

McKinney, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer, brings strong operational expertise, steady leadership, and deep alignment with NCF Orlando’s mission to inspire and multiply Christ-centered generosity.

“I am humbled by the opportunity to lead this next chapter for NCF Orlando,” said McKinney. “I’m grateful for the board’s trust and the opportunity to build on the foundation laid by Rick Steinberger and Tim Seneffopens in a new tab.”

As President, McKinney will continue advancing NCF Orlando’s mission, equipping individuals and families to give more wisely, effectively, and with greater Kingdom impact.
