Ministry can be the loneliest kind of leadership. Pastors carry the weight of a congregation; nonprofit leaders carry the weight of a mission and too often, both carry it alone, in their own lane, quietly burning out.
It was never meant to be this way. Through Unite, the National Christian Foundation of South Florida brings church and nonprofit leaders together to serve our community collaboratively and effectively. We believe that when Christians join together in unity, we multiply our impact and demonstrate God’s love to the watching world.
When leaders lock arms, everything changes: competition fades, collaboration grows, and whole neighborhoods begin to experience hope and love in action.
