The Goodness Collective has been a community for leaders to explore how to shape the vision and implementation of generosity in their businesses.
What is the Goodness Collective?
We are a movement of culture-shaping marketplace leaders, motivated by faith in Jesus, working toward the flourishing of our organizations and the world. In community and relationship, we pursue and build best practices in the following areas:

- Serving
- Employee Care
- Leader Wholeness
Through an annual conference, bi-monthly virtual calls, accelerators, and an enterprise assessment tool, we work toward maturity in each of these areas with the firm belief that businesses are vehicles for generous giving, community impact, restoration, and the pursuit of wholeness.
