Following a 35-year parallel career of practicing law and running a private foundation serving Christian ministries, Jay serves as the Founder/Chair of the NCF Twin Cities and as the national board Chair of the NCF. Splitting his time between national and local issues, Jay remains passionately committed to nurturing a movement of Christ-Centered generosity in the Twin Cities and beyond. Jay and his wife, Sally, have three married sons and nine grandchildren, all of whom live in the Twin Cities.
