Lucas Cooper

Executive Board Member

Lucas Cooper serves as Vice President of Network Relations at NCF National. As the VP of Network Relations, his role is to help advance the reach and effectiveness of NCF’s network of local offices. Lucas holds both a master’s in divinity and theological studies from Liberty University, and a bachelor’s in English literature from Arizona State University. Most recently, Lucas served as the chief of staff for Redline, a franchise concept youth athletic performance training brand, where he helped grow the business from 32 locations to 50+ nationwide in the last 19 months. Lucas has also served in various ministry positions, including lead pastor of Bayview Glen Church in Toronto, Canada, where the membership grew from 400 to 2,100+ during his tenure; venue pastor and worship leader of Scottsdale Bible Church in Scottsdale; and in college and youth ministry at Grace Community Church in Tempe.

Lucas, and his wife, Amy, have been married for 17 years and live in Mesa, with their two adopted children. He leads 60+ men in a weekly marketplace Bible study and occasionally provides pulpit support for churches, both locally and across the country.
