Maureen Starr
Maureen Starr is a Kenyan native who has served as the Director of Operations & Giver Services at NCF Georgia since 2016. She is a seasoned operations leader, often described as “a solution looking for a problem” – bringing excellence, deep attention to detail, and a tenacious spirit to every giver she serves.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Arkansas University and brings a strong background in financial services. Prior to joining NCF, Maureen led teams in retail banking as a Financial Center Manager at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she was recognized as a top performer for outstanding financial audit scores and exceptional customer service.
Gifted at bridging the gap between technical complexity and practical solutions, Maureen’s passion lies in helping generous families navigate the intricate details of their giving with clarity and purpose, so they can achieve their unique charitable goals with confidence and peace of mind.
As a long-time believer, Maureen considers it both a calling and a privilege to serve at NCF. She devotes intentional time to listening to the Holy Spirit, praying for others, and being an agent of positive change that enriches the lives of others.
Maureen places a high value on family and loves traveling and spending quality time with her loved ones. She and her husband of 23 years reside in North Georgia with their teenage daughter.
