Anna Bates

Anna joined NCF in August 2014 as the primary Relationship Manager serving in Louisville, Kentucky. Anna felt called by the Holy Spirit to NCF where she can use her experience and spiritual gifts to serve givers in their journey of generosity, maximizing their impact to the Kingdom endeavors about which they are most passionate. After college she spent her early career in securities and corporate financial and strategic planning, then took a leave from the business world to be the COO of the Bates family. Later as an entrepreneur and marketing consultant the Lord led Anna to the mission field where He broke her heart for the things that break His heart. She spent the past five years as the chief fundraising and major gift officer for an international missions organization headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.

Anna is very active in her church, Southeast Christian Church, and as a volunteer in her community. She and her husband of thirty years, Brian, are blessed with two young adult children and their dog, Mac.
