Clay Osburne

Senior Vice President - Relationship Manager

Clay Osburne has spent his 24-year career in the not-for-profit sector. He has served in executive and leadership positions in education, ministry, philanthropy, and most recently as the President and Chief Encouragement Officer of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida where their team accomplished missional, infrastructure, and financial milestones.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Auburn University and his master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Georgia, he served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and principal during his education career in Atlanta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama. While in Birmingham, Clay served as the Executive Vice President of Administration and Advancement for Scott Dawson Evangelistic Association before joining the Orlando Health Foundation as a Vice President of Development. He is an instructor with Edyth Bush Institute specializing in fundraising, board governance, and nonprofit management. In May of 2024, Clay will graduate with his EMBA from Rollins College and the Crummer School of Business.

Clay and his wife, Emily, have been married 24 years and have three children (Shuler-15, Easton-13, and Emerson-5). Together, they attend First Baptist Orlando and enjoy traveling, time at the beach, and watching Auburn athletics. Clay loves the relationships built on the golf course and has a goal to play the top one hundred public golf courses in the United States.

Clay recently shared, “I am humbled and beyond thrilled to join the team at NCF. Their goal of seeing $1 billion deployed for the Kingdom is ambitious, captivating, and inspiring. I look forward to being a small part of the team that Rick and Tim have assembled to see this goal come to fruition as we empower not for profits in Central Florida and beyond.”
