Laurie Bossert

Laurie began her career with Price Waterhouse in Rochester, New York. She subsequently took a break from full-time employment to homeschool her children and ran a home-based tax practice. She has spent the last 12 years with Compassion International, serving in the role of Senior Tax Accountant.

Laurie graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania with degrees in accounting and religion. With a humbled heart, Laurie was a recipient of a generous giver who replaced her sunsetting federal aid with a private scholarship, thus beginning her personal generosity story.

Laurie is excited to bring her passion on tax-smart strategies and generous giving to help others give more efficiently and see hearts and lives changed through the joy of generosity.

She and her husband, Mike, have been married for more than 34 years. They have three grown sons and are enjoying their new world with grandkids. Mike and Laurie enjoy serving with AWANA and premarital counseling ministries in their local church. They also like to spend time outside in the Colorado sunshine, hiking, and kayaking.
