Deborah Toderic

Deborah Toderic grew up in Staten Island, New York in a predominantly Italian, Catholic culture where her family served in ministry for over 55 years. Her father was a founding pastor who was passionate about the gospel and saving souls. Her mother is a beautiful soul, and both gave the framework and foundation in their home and church life to love and live for Jesus Christ. She gave her life to Christ through a radical transformation at 15 years old and has had a fire and passion to live for him ever since!

In addition to being a PK (pastor’s kid), she served with her husband as a pastor’s wife for 16 years at Gateway Church in Staten Island, NY while they raised their young family. She and her family moved to South Florida over 16 years ago and have been committed to and actively serving at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale.

Deborah was on staff at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale from November 2011 to October 2023. She loved her time there serving as Senior Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor, as well as Calvary Chapel’s Board Secretary and its subsidiaries since 2014. Before this role, she served in various Wall Street senior administrative positions and loved those years of city life and evangelism.

A native of New York City, Deborah now resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her wonderful husband of 34 years, Liviu Toderic. They are proud parents of two amazing daughters: Erika Marks, who is married to John Marks and a mother to their new baby, Hugo Levi Marks, and Evelyn Toderic, who is recently engaged and to be married December 2024. Both children are thriving and live happily in New York City.
