Tom Panther

Tom serves as NCF’s Chief Financial Officer, leading our finance, accounting, tax, and data strategy and analytics functions. With more than 30 years of finance and risk-management experience working inside public companies, Tom has developed deep knowledge in financial instruments, internal controls, treasury management, and financial markets. Helping organizations grow and advance their capabilities through forward-thinking, value-added strategies, and transformational change has been the hallmark of his career.

Prior to joining NCF in 2025, Tom served as the CFO of Corpay, Inc., an international, corporate payments spend-management company, where he was instrumental in driving top-tier revenue and earnings growth. He also served as the CFO of EVO Payments, where he helped strengthen the company’s capital structure. Tom has held multiple senior finance and accounting-leadership roles at SunTrust Banks, including Corporate Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, and SVP of Corporate Finance.

He earned a Bachelor’s of in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond and is a certified public accountant.
