Sean Holcomb

Board Member

Sean Holcomb is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Texas.  After beginning his career with the Austin office of Coopers & Lybrand, he then spent 29 years with Maxwell Locke & Ritter (ML&R) before retiring from ML&R in December 2025.  As a partner with ML&R, Sean advised high net worth individuals and owners of closely held businesses regarding various matters, including tax planning, charitable planning, business succession, and gift, estate and trust planning.  He also advised his firm’s nonprofit organization clients regarding tax-related matters.  Sean now serves as Director of Tax for Techline, Inc.

Sean and his wife, Beth, live in Round Rock where Sean serves on the Finance/Operations team of their church and Beth is involved in the Children’s ministry.  Sean and Beth have two adult daughters.
