Together with her co-founder, Hudson Baird, Sarah Saxton-Frump leads PelotonU, which has reinvented college for the working adults who comprise more than half of today’s students. Leveraging the flexibility of online universities with the support of in-person coaching, PelotonU has served 180 students who have earned 52 degrees, all while maintaining an 80 percent persistence rate with 88 percent of students on track to graduate on time.
