Your charity may want to enroll in NCF eGrants since it’s one of the quickest ways for a charity to receive grants recommend by givers at NCF. To initiate the set-up process to receive grants via electronic funds transfer (EFT), please complete this form. Once you’ve completed this interest form, you will be contacted by an NCF representative with the next steps to enroll in NCF eGrants.

Grant Terms and Conditions

By accepting this check, your organization represents, warrants and agrees to and with National Christian Charitable Foundation, Inc. (“NCCF”) that (i) your organization is formed under laws of the United States and its territories, is exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“Code”), and is a public charity described in Section 509(a)(1), (a)(2) or (a)(3) of the Code (including churches) and applicable regulations, or a private operating foundation as described in Section 4942(j)(3) of the Code and applicable regulations, or another special kind of private foundation permitted to receive grants from a donor-advised fund; (ii) your organization is not a Type III supporting organization described in Code Section 509(a)(3)(B)(iii); (iii) you will have complete control and administration over the use of the granted funds and the funds will be used exclusively in furtherance of your proper tax-exempt purposes; (iv) the funds are not earmarked for any particular individual and will not confer an impermissible private benefit on an NCCF donor or any other individual or entity; (v) NCCF may send your organization electronic communications; and (vi) the grant funds will not be used to support terrorism or illegal activity or for political activity or lobbying purposes.

Special Note Regarding NCCF’s Donor-Advisor: A donor to NCCF with advisory rights over a donor-advised fund or other fund type sponsored by NCCF may have the privilege of making nonbinding grant recommendations from the fund to third party public charities. If a donor-advisor’s name does not appear on the attached excel letter, then NCCF’s donor-advisor has requested to remain anonymous. Please help NCCF honor that request by not inquiring as to the donor-advisor’s name.

Special Note Regarding Private Benefit: By depositing this check, your organization represents, warrants and agrees to and with NCCF that it has not conferred or promised and will not confer or promise any benefit that is more than incidental on an NCCF donor (or any person or entity related to the NCCF donor) as a result of this grant. Such impermissible benefits include, but are not limited to, tuition and other educational costs, membership dues, or admission to an event (or the right even to separately purchase tickets to a college athletic event).

Special Note Regarding Pledge-Like Commitments: By depositing this check, your organization represents, warrants and agrees to and with NCCF that it does not consider any outstanding financial commitments made by the recommending NCCF donor to be enforceable legal obligations under the laws of its or the donor’s state or any other applicable law.
