Kayla Bancroft

Administrative Coordinator

Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Johnson University in Bible & Counseling and a Master’s Degree from Liberty University in Human Services Counseling. With her educational background, Kayla has a huge passion and heart for people and their well-being. She strives to help others be generous with all that God has given to them. Prior to working at NCF, she worked for the Georgia General Assembly, specifically the Georgia House of Representatives, where she assisted 17 different elected officials during her time there.

As the Administrative Coordinator for the NCF Heartland office, she loves to hear how God is working and moving in the lives of the Heartland givers and she has the opportunity to hear those stories through providing administrative support to the President of the Heartland office, in addition to providing giver & event support to the team.

Originally from Georgia, Kayla now lives in Illinois with her husband, Cris, and their three beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys serving alongside her husband in their local church, watching her kids dance & play soccer, crafting, and most importantly cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs during football season!
