Nicole joined the NCF Houston team in 2012 as an assistant, quickly becoming a valued team member. Over the years, she has taken on various roles, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to her community and a dedication to professional growth. Nicole plays a key role in supporting NCF Houston’s vision and strategy, overseeing support functions and services, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence.

Prior to joining NCF Houston, Nicole spent the majority of her career in human resources within the insurance billing industry. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her five dogs, baking, reading, and cherishing moments with her family. She is married to Brandon, and together they have four children, a son-in-law, and a grandchild on the way. Nicole and Brandon are active members of the Fellowship of Champions, where Nicole serves on themissions’ leadership board.
