Nicole Barber

Nicole joined the NCF Houston team in 2012 as an assistant and quickly became a valued member of the organization. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to her community and a dedication to professional growth. Today, Nicole plays a key role in supporting NCF Houston’s vision and strategy by overseeing support functions and services, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence.

Prior to joining NCF Houston, Nicole spent much of her career in human resources within the insurance billing industry.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys outdoor activities, baking, reading, and spending time with her family and five dogs. She is married to Brandon, and together they have four children, a son-in-law, a granddaughter, and another grandchild on the way. Nicole and Brandon are active members of the Fellowship of Champions, where Nicole serves on the missions leadership board.
