Brittany Rayburn
Brittany is originally from northeast Indiana and now lives in rural Cicero with her husband Ryne and their three kids, Beckett, Brooks, and Hadley. Prior to joining the NCF Indiana team, Brittany served as Executive Director of Fishers Youth Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth in Fishers. Before that she spent ten years at Hamilton County Community Foundation and Central Indiana Community Foundation in both new business and community leadership. Brittany has a heart for philanthropy and community impact, and she is thrilled to be part of what the Lord is doing through NCF and generous believers. Brittany holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Taylor University and a master’s in nonprofit management from Indiana University – Indianapolis. Previously, she has served on the boards of Hamilton County Leadership Academy (Class of 2016), Hamilton County Purdue Extension, and Association of Fundraising Professionals Indiana Chapter. Now, she’s happy to spend most of her volunteer time at her kids’ school and various activities. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, visiting her family’s farm, reading, and spending time with her family.
