Jon D. Eisenberg

President, NCF Lancaster

Jon and his wife, Jen, have two children. When not helping givers and organizations reflect the lavish generosity of Our Father, he enjoys experiencing God’s generosity through time in nature, conversations with friends, playing golf, supporting Liverpool FC and the Philadelphia Union, listening to music or reading books about strategy and science fiction.

Most recently, Jon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. In this role he helped create the organization’s 5-year strategic plan and laid the foundation for their next Capital Campaign. This included restructuring the Development department to launch an annual fund that will create more efficient ROI and expand revenue beyond missionary support and capital campaigns.

Jon had served as the VP of Advancement at Water Street Mission in Lancaster, PA. While at Water Street he helped his team focus on creating a joyful experience of giving that connected partners’ gifts directly to Water Street’s work of restoration.  This emphasis on strong donor experience led to substantial growth in total contributions over a 4-year period .

Jon got his start in Development with InterVarsity, holding a leadership role in the MidAtlantic before becoming the first major gift officer as part of their first capital campaign.

Jon holds both a bachelor’s in music and in philosophy from Lehigh University.
