Greg Mauldin

General Counsel

Greg leads a team of talented legal professionals who create and implement policies and practices that allow NCF to fulfill its Christian vision and mission. Greg and his team ensure NCF’s operations are in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.

Greg joined NCF in 2012 as Associate General Counsel. Previously he practiced law with the Atlanta-based firm Alston & Bird, and prior to that served as a judicial clerk to Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, in Jacksonville, FL.

Greg holds a joint JD/MBA from the University of Georgia and a bachelor of arts from Vanderbilt University. He and his wife, Katie, have three teenage sons with whom they enjoy traveling and playing a variety of sports. He is thrilled to help NCF pursue its mission of enabling thousands of extraordinarily generous givers to mobilize their resources to create impact for God’s glory and the welfare of others.
