Greg Mauldin serves as General Counsel for NCF. In this role, he leads a team of talented legal professionals that create and implement policies and practices that allow NCF to fulfill its Christian vision and mission. Greg and his team ensure NCF’s operations are in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
Greg joined NCF in 2012 as Associate General Counsel. Previously he practiced law with the Atlanta-based firm, Alston & Bird, and prior to that served as a judicial clerk to 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge, Gerald Bard Tjoflat in Jacksonville, Florida.
Greg holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a joint J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Georgia. He and his wife Katie have three teenage sons with whom they enjoy traveling and playing a variety of sports. He is thrilled to help NCF pursue its mission of enabling thousands of extraordinarily generous givers to mobilize their resources to create impact for God’s glory and the welfare of others.
