Jon Acone

Jon provides leadership for business process performance and improvement, provides oversight for NCF’s technology platforms and solutions, and is responsible for operational innovation and project management.

Jon has been building and innovating business processes and systems for several decades. He has a passion for inspiring and leading business, engineering, and operations teams. He has led large and successful business and technology projects for a variety of companies, including Microsoft, Hitachi, Arthur Andersen, and Price Waterhouse. Prior to coming to NCF, he was Partner Director at Microsoft focused on innovating and building the processes, systems, and organization to help support the consumption-based commerce capabilities for Microsoft Azure.

Jon earned a bachelor of arts in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Jon grew up in Newport Beach, CA, where he met his wife, Alison. They have been married for more than 30 years and have three children and three grandchildren. His interests include golf, running, classic movies, and history. He is also a teaching leader for Bible Study Fellowship.
