Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Laura provides leadership for NCF’s human resources team and is responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing our greatest asset – our people.

Laura has been creating and leading innovative human resources teams for more than 25 years. She has expertise in talent management and development, strategic workforce planning, compensation, compliance, and leadership coaching. In addition, she has helped create organizational design and human resources strategies for companies, including Novelis Corporation, Monsanto, and the Sara Lee Bakery Group. Laura also led the HR Services business for AAIM Employers’ Association, a not-for-profit organization that helps 1,000+ organizations strategize HR functions. Her passion is helping global leaders develop high-functioning teams that are focused on leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and HR metrics to advance the organization’s purpose.

Laura holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, as well as the HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Senior Certified Professional certifications.

She and her husband, Eric, have been married for more than 25 years and live in Hickory Flat, GA, with their daughter, Rachel, and their three Labradors. In addition to hiking with her family, Laura enjoys classical ballet and ministering in music, special needs, inner-city, and Christian dance. She and her family attend Antioch Christian Church in Canton, GA.
