Laura Ingram

Laura provides leadership for NCF’s human resources team and is responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing our greatest asset – our people.

Laura has been creating and leading innovative human resources teams for more than 25 years. She has expertise in talent management and development, strategic workforce planning, compensation, compliance, and leadership coaching.

In addition, she’s helped create organizational design and human resources strategies for a number of companies, including Novelis Corporation, Monsanto, and the Sara Lee Bakery Group. Laura also led the HR Services business for AAIM Employers’ Association, a nonprofit that helps more than 1,000 organizations strategize HR functions. Her passion is helping global leaders develop high-functioning teams that are focused on leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and HR metrics to advance the organization’s purpose.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, as well as the HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Senior Certified Professional certifications.
