Lee Mitchell

Lee Mitchell is the CEO of Applied Catalysts + Technologies, a venture holding company that launches industrial businesses to improve how the world works. Prior to this role, Lee served as President of Applied Catalysts, where he helped grow the business from a two-person startup into a highly profitable and revenue-generating division of Applied Catalysts. He also served as Vice President of Global Marketing at ACI Chemshun.

Lee serves on the Board of Directors for Realist Group and Whitefield Academy, a PreK–12 Christian college preparatory school, contributing to both its Head of School and Financial Oversight Committees, and he’s served on the board of Heritage Preparatory School, holding roles on the Governance and Executive Committees.

A dedicated supporter of youth and faith-based initiatives, Lee chairs the Young Life Committee for Northwest Atlanta, supporting outreach to 13 local schools. He’s also an active member of Trinity Anglican Church, helped plant Passion City Church in Washington, D.C. in 2018, and served with Passion Conferences from 2012–2020.
