Rachael Watson
Rachael Watson has been practicing law since 2007, with experience in estate planning, tax planning, and business law. She previously owned her own law firm and now serves as a Gift Planning Attorney and Manager of the gift planning team at the National Christian Foundation. In this role, Rachael leads a team that helps families nationwide achieve their charitable giving goals through strategic gifts of non-cash assets.
Before attending law school, Rachael worked as a Certified Financial Planner™ with Blue Trust and Wells Fargo, providing trusted financial planning and investment guidance. She is a frequent speaker at women’s events, national advisor webinars, and continuing education seminars. Rachael earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Georgia State University College of Law, completed the CFP® program at Oglethorpe University, and graduated magna cum laude from Liberty University.
She and her husband, Tom, have three children and are actively involved at Emmaus Church, where they serve and worship together.
