Ashley Grier
Executive Assistant
Ashley serves as Executive Assistant for Mike O’Neill. She brings administrative, marketing, and event planning experience to the New York team. Prior to joining NCF, she worked with several charities and nonprofits to strengthen donor relationships, build corporate partnerships, and grow fundraising efforts.
Ashley is a graduate of Elon University. A native of Atlanta, GA, where she currently calls home, she has also lived in Spain and Guatemala. She is passionate about learning, traveling, and immersing herself in other cultures. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is working to add Portuguese and Arabic. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and planning gatherings with friends.
