Haley Webb

Haley Webb serves the NCF North Texas team in the role of Executive Assistant, providing support to the President and COO.

Before joining NCF, Haley supported executives and teams in administrative roles at Freese and Nichols, State National Company, and Russell Reynolds Associates, handling scheduling, travel, events, and office coordination. She also launched and ran her own small business, managing communication, creative work, and marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Haley’s father was a fighter pilot in the Air Force for 30 years, so she grew up all over the country. She is very glad to be settled in Texas and considers it home. She met her husband, Alec, while they were at Texas A&M. He is an engineer at an electrical engineering company in Fort Worth. They have been married for a little more than three years, and have two dogs, Teddy and Lucy. They are involved in their local church, both in the youth ministry and young adult ministry and have a wonderful community of spiritual family. In their free time they enjoy game nights, cooking, crafting, movie nights, and walking their dogs, all of which are made better while doing them with the people they love.
