Kate Hartwell

Kate Hartwell serves as Operations Manager with the NCF North Texas team. She supports the daily functions of the Foundation and ensures that systems, processes, and teams work together smoothly for the sake of givers and the mission.

Kate brings 15 years of experience in elementary education, where she developed a passion for organization, caring for people and creating environments where others can flourish. Her background also includes impactful work in church ministry, outreach, music ministry, and family-centered service. These experiences shaped her heart for helping others live generously and for stewarding resources with excellence.

Kate is passionate about ministry, missions, and serving the Lord wherever He leads. She brings a warm, servant-hearted approach to her work and is energized by supporting a mission that helps families live out joyful, intentional generosity. Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Arlington Baptist College.

Kate was born and raised in Texas and enjoys traveling, singing, spending time with her family, and life with her husband, their three children, and their two dogs.
