Tom Dreyer
Tom Dreyer brings a wealth of leadership experience and a deep commitment to faith-based service in his role as Vice President of Southwest Ohio. With a professional background spanning medical sales, home health and hospice marketing, and senior leadership in Christian-based, not-for-profit senior living, Tom has dedicated his career to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
A graduate of Archbishop McNicholas High School in Cincinnati, Tom went on to earn his degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati. He credits his formative years in parochial schools for instilling in him the importance of moral values, discipline, and community, while his participation in basketball, baseball, and football taught him the value of teamwork, perseverance, and healthy competition.
Tom and his wife, Kelsey, have been married for 12 years and are blessed with three children—adult sons Tommy and Nick, and their daughter Caroline, who attends a Christian academy in Cincinnati. Deeply rooted in faith and family, Tom strives to live out his calling to serve others in every aspect of his life and leadership.
