Don Deluzio

Don DeLuzio is the founder and President of Trinity Surfaces, a leading national distributor of innovative surface solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the tile and flooring industry—and more than two decades guiding Trinity—Don has built the company on a foundation of integrity, service, and adaptability.

He began his career at Dal-Tile, serving as both Branch and Regional Manager from 1992 to 1996. In 1996, he launched Trinity Tile in Orlando, Florida, with a vision to create something different: a company that prioritized relationships over transactions and operated with purpose at its core. Today, Trinity Surfaces has operations in six states and serves design professionals across the United States.

Don’s leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that culture is more important than strategy and that change must be constant for organizations to thrive.

Outside of his professional work, Don is a proud alumnus of the University of Colorado, where he played football from 1985 to 1989, earning All-Big Eight honors and serving as team captain. That same spirit of discipline, leadership, and teamwork continues to shape his approach to business.

Don has been married to his wife, Sheri, for 33 years. Together, they have nine children and six grandchildren, who inspire and ground him in everything he does—both in business and in life.
