Kyle Cousins

In the spring of 2019, a core group of NCF givers helped launch Mission Increase (MI) in Orlando. MI is a national organization that exists to help ministries operate more effectively, grow their capacity, and engage well with their givers. They do so by providing training and coaching rooted in a biblical approach to fundraising.

Kyle serves as the Director of MI Orlando, which operates in many ways as the ministry-facing arm of NCF Orlando.

Having spent 10 years in the marketplace, Kyle worked in roles related to leadership psychology and team dynamics, as well as sales and business development. He earned a B.A. in Business from Calvin College and an M.A. in Biblical Studies from Moody Theological Seminary. Mission Increase allows Kyle to steward his gifts of teaching and coaching, driven by his passion to see organizations thrive under great leadership, and the gospel advance in Central Florida.

Kyle and his wife, Heather, reside in Orlando with their daughter Josie.
