Perry Mason brings over a decade of experience in the land business to his role as Director of Investments at Heritage Land Co. A fourth-generation native of Lake Placid, Florida, Perry combines deep local roots with a strategic investment approach—specializing in land acquisition and asset positioning to maximize long-term value. He holds a degree in Business from Lipscomb University and is passionate about helping clients uncover the full potential of their land investments. Perry now lives in Orlando with his wife, Lindsay, and their three children.
