Rick Steinberger

CEO

Rick Steinberger currently serves as CEO of NCF Orlando (NCFO). Rick joined NCFO following a successful transition from his most recent leadership role at Young Life assisting with Board Development in Florida.

Rick previously served as COO and Asset Manager of Bridge Investment Groups’ (Bridge) Orlando-based investment team, a private equity fund manager focused on Seniors Housing. After leaving Bridge, Rick joined Young Life, coaching and developing Local Boards in Florida. Rick comes to NCFO with over 25 years of experience in the private equity and financial services space. Rick brings a wealth of knowledge, relevant for-profit and not-for-profit experience, and a proven track record in fostering strong personal relationships.

Rick received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Auburn University and has completed executive education courses at Harvard Business School. Rick loves to inspire passionate conversation with anyone about Auburn University.

Rick and his wife Lea enjoy serving on Young Life Boards in the pursuit of helping more adolescents hear the gospel and love spending time with their daughters Tip (Eric), Darby and 3 grand kids.  They are rooted at All Saints Episcopal Church in Winter Park, FL where Rick serves on the Finance Commission.
