Tori Johnson

Tori Johnson joins the NCF Orlando team as Director of Giver Services, bringing experience in ministry, leadership, education, and relationship-driven communication. She is passionate about serving people with excellence, care, and intentionality, and has spent her career helping others feel seen, supported, and encouraged.

Before joining NCF, Tori served in ministry leadership roles across Central Florida and most recently taught Middle School Bible at The First Academy, where she invested deeply in students and families while helping them grow in faith and Biblical Worldview. Throughout her career, she has successfully led teams, mentored volunteered and students, coordinated projects and events, and built meaningful relationships centered around service, trust, and community.

Tori is energized by the opportunity to come alongside families and ministries who are stewarding God’s resources for Kingdom impact. She cares deeply about people, values precision and thoughtfulness in her work, and is excited to help further NCF Orlando’s mission in the community.

Outside of work, Tori enjoys creative projects, meaningful conversations, serving others, and spending time with her new miniature dachshund puppy, Murphy. She is also an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Orlando family.
