Laura Padrino

Director of Sales and Marketing at Padrino’s Cuban Restaurants

Laura Padrino is a dedicated wife and mother of two girls (ages 9 and 6) and the third-generation owner and Director of Sales and Marketing at Padrino’s Cuban Restaurants. She oversees brand consistency across al locations, managing the company’s
website, employee training, plating, menu development, and more. Laura plays a key role in expanding the business by securing catering and private event contracts and building partnerships with local organizations and ministries.

Beyond her leadership at Padrino’s, Laura has a passion for design, having led the interior design of all restaurant locations. She also consults for a local family-owned contracting company, bringing her expertise to various design projects.

Laura is actively engaged in community service and leadership, serving on multiple boards and advisory committees, including: LoveLife South Florida (which aims to end abortion and the orphan crisis); Midtown Advisory Board for the City of Plantation (advises the city council on how to use public funds and develop the district); Pillars Conference Committee, Broward Community College (plans event content to help launch gratuates into their careers); Professional Enhancement Program (PEP), BCC (providing mentorships for students); The Institute for Faith and Culture (IFC) (which aims to equip Christians to engage with culture and society).

Her contributions have been recognized in the business community, most notably when she was honored as a Rising Star Under 40 at the prestigious Women’s Gala presented by South Florida Business and Wealth.

Laura’s commitment to excellence, both in business and community engagement, continues to make a lasting impact in South Florida.
