Carlos Peña

Carlos F. Peña is first and foremost, a follower of Christ and a devoted husband and father. Over the years, he has served in multiple leadership roles in business and ministry. Carlos was President and CMO of Pumped,
a brand development and digital marketing firm for over twenty years. He then founded and is is CEO of Led to Lead, an executive, leadership, and business coaching company. He is also Executive Director for City Keepers, a non-profit helping others fulfill the Great Commission and founder of FX3 Ministries.

He holds a B.S. In Communications (Advertising) from F.I.U. and is also a graduate of Liberty University with a Masters in Christian Ministry. He is also currently completing an MDiv at Knox Theological Seminary and in the process of ordination. Principally, Carlos considers it his life’s mission to help others grow in their walk with God, discover their purpose and fulfill their calling.
